SUPER-G has recently published two public reports that can now be viewed on our website and our social media channels.
One of the reports (Deliverable 2.3) summarises the main Farming Systems (FS) on Permanent Grassland (PG) in Europe (linked to the grassland typology), resulting in conceptual models of the ‘typical’ FS on the main PG types in Europe. The second report (Deliverable 3.2), gives an overview of datasets that provide information on current and historical management of Permanent Grasslands (PG) in Europe; present a short summary of the state and condition of PG in Europe based on the outputs from some of these datasets; and to gather data on PG management to characterise the SUPER-G farm networks and compare farm characteristics within the farm networks between biogeographic regions.
Both are extremely relevant to provide a state of the art on the farming systems on PG in Europe and the main characteristics in different biogeographic regions across Europe.
These reports are available, here.
